Chianti is the Italian restaurant in Warsaw worth to visit. Exists on Foksal 17 street since 90-ties - quite an achievement in very competitive gastronomic market in Warsaw. Plenty of places are 1 season stars and dissappear faster than appear. Chianti (Warsaw, Poland) best part is the nice food, friendly service and nice interior design.
Last time I was there last week - nothing really changed. For 2 hours in nice atmosphere of this Italian reasturant, dinner for 2 we spent 40 USD.
In the summer there are few tables outside.
You get starters to any meals you order. Some bread and - this time - garlic butter. No olive oil present on the table. Maybe I could have asked for it.
Our main course lamb cotelets with bone (10 USD), red wine (house wine 3 USD/glass).
Eat Smart in Poland: How to Decipher the Menu, Know the Market Foods & Embark on a Tasting Adventure (Eat Smart)
It is really a nice effort to provide new taste to the people of Poland. Now they can enjoy the Italian foods as well. I often go to Hank Freid 's hotels in search of new taste & also get some of time as well
